Your heart is precious. Many healthcare settings focus only on the physical side of a person, but you’re so much more than that, right? You have feelings, emotions, and a soul that longs to find purpose. Getting your spiritual life connected makes way for us to connect on a deeper level physically and mentally.

Maybe you’re a sold-out believer of Christ Jesus, maybe you don’t believe in anything. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you discover and explore in a way that helps the wholeness of you.

Body

The physical side of you that most healthcare practitioners focus on. I want to dive in deeper though and help you discover how to be mindful in your body, how to be aware of the feelings and sensations your body is trying to make you aware of to tell you what's actually going on. I’m here to guide you on your journey of feeling the best in the body you were given.

Mind

Your mental health is an essential part of succeeding in physical health and spiritual health. We’ll walk through mindfulness and meditation together, as well as talk about how certain medications can affect food intake and vise versa.
