I’ve done it all just like you. I’ve tried diets, strived for a negative calorie balance, exercised to earn my food, and beat myself up about it every single day.

Learning how to respect my body and nourish it really struck home after having my little girl. I didn’t like my postpartum body at all - it was strange and unknown to me. When the negative thoughts came in, I knew I had to change for the sake of my daughter. I didn’t want her growing up being unsatisfied every time she saw herself in a mirror.

I don’t want that for you either. You deserve to feel at home in your body, comfortable in your clothes, and confident in your wonderfully-made self.

FAQs

Is this course for someone with an eating disorder?

This course does not stand in the place of eating disorder treatment, and may even cause more harm than good in those with an eating disorder. If you are struggling with an eating disorder, reach out and I’d love to refer you to some awesome dietitians who can work on you 1:1 who specialize in eating disorders.

Will this program make me gain weight?

The purpose of this program is to look deeper than the number on the scale. I believe you are more than a number on a scale and are capable of health at any size. You may find that honoring your body causes in weight gain, but through the process you’ll learn this is most likely a happier, more fulfilling place for your body to be at - I know this from personal experience and it’s a hard hurdle to cross, but it’s some beautiful scenery once you get here!

Will this program help me lose weight?

This program can free you from the overwhelming pressure of constantly trying to lose weight, whether there is a change of number on the scale or not. Losing weight often happens at the expense of losing the joy of life, and I surely don’t want that for you.
